Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills - MS Lync/Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice, Extensive knowledge and experience on complete design and deployment of Microsoft Lync/SFB, ,
Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.
He/she should have expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.,
Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.,
Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.,
Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.,
Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.,
Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.,
