Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Make design decisions based on good judgement, experience, research, and data
  • Make a real impact at scale through new product launches and interface improvements that affect billions of our customers every day
  • Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies - to develop engaging interfaces
  • Review test plans and cases with developers and product owner
  • Execute visually - using techniques like storyboards, sketching and producing mock-ups and comps - to communicate visual layouts and interaction design concepts
  • Regularly present your work to stakeholders for review and feedback

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI Designing
  • Strong understanding of UI best practices
  • Experience in creating style guides
  • Deep understanding of design principles, processes, and industry trends
  • Stellar visual skills (attention to detail, ability to visually articulate our brand, build new, reusable patterns)
  • Expert communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present your work - you must be articulate and be able to clearly explain your design rationale
  • Ability to take abstract concepts and create low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes using Balsamiq, Invison, UXPin or Adobe XD
