  • Job Title: Business Development Executive
  • Work Location:  Sector – 03,Noida
Job Purpose:
  • Our app team is looking for an Android developer with 1-2 years of experience. 
  • The developer will drive the implementation of new features and improving the performance of the existing ones.
Job Description :-
  • Expert in sales of IT services like Mobile App Development , Web A pp development, SEO , Digital Marketing tointernational clients.
  • Expert in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Upwork , Guru , AppFutura etc.
  • Expert in generating new business through LinkedIn , references, etc.
  • Experience in Business Development , project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation with clients.
  • Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients
  • Should be able to manage sales process independently
  • Regular communication with the management to successfully execute the business strategy
  • Develop & manage Key partners and maintain relations for business continuity.
  • Speak to few perspective filtered leads and meet whenever required.
  • Proactive, regular contact with the territory BDM/ BDEs. Increasing motivation, efficiency of team members & sub-brokers.
Responsibilities: 
  • Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for Sales team and scheduling of phone based and/ or face-to-face meetings within Enterprise accounts.
  • Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest
  • Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets
Required Skills: 
  • Must have minimum 1 years of experience in Appointment Fixing/ New Business Development/ Lead Generation/ Inside Sales  Market.
  • Good command of English Language
  • Has worked in a B2B campaign
  • Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel, familiarity with a CRM system

  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Candidate should have a positive attitude should be goal oriented .
  • Listen attentively to customer need.
  • Coordinating with clients and entries.
  • Handling Client Enquiries and follow ups.
