About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate closely with product design and branding/marketing teams to create delightful, consistent, and user-validated experiences across iOS and Android mobile
2. Work within and contribute to a design system and design language to advocate its application across different products
3. Create detailed designs and specs that document the desired user experience, working within teams to support implementation efforts from concept to delivery
4. Defend your point of view with research and a user-centred process
5. Uncover and decipher the unmet needs of our users, successfully converting their needs into delightful experiences and solutions
6. Use motion design, graphics, and illustrations when needed to enhance the user experience
7. Facilitate product vision by researching, prototyping, user-testing experiences

Other requirements

1. A strong portfolio of successful UX is required

2. Proficient in design and prototyping software (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must

3. Should be able to translate concepts/ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to delightful user experiences

4. Additional skills in illustration, motion design, and similar is a plus

5. Should be aware of writing a user story, design thinking and journey mapping
