Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on designs, ensuring optimal functionality.
4. Assist with user testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
5. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
6. Analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions, aligning with our brand identity.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to continuously elevate our product's user experience.

Mandatory Skills:
1)FIGMA CHAMPION: Nothing should be beyond you in FIGMA. You should know how to use the tool including its latest updates
2)Accountability: You should be someone who takes complete ownership in their work and ensures that it has been developed as per your expectation. You should be hyper active even after delivering design to check with developers on frequesnt basis.
3)Ownership: Once your designs are live, you should check your designs on production and report any discrepancies immedietely to engineering.
