About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets
2. Plan and implement new designs
3. Optimize existing user interface designs
4. Test for intuitivity and experience
5. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
6. Develop technical and business requirements and strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
7. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
8. Create prototypes for new product ideas
9. Test new ideas before implementing
10. Conduct ongoing user research

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 5 to 8 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per design).

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology.
