Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Able to translate technical requirements into simple, engaging designs
2. Work across multiple platforms, responsive applications, and a variety of screen sizes, from rough sketches to highly polished, production-ready mockups
3. Creating highly usable solutions focused on user experience and brand guidelines
4. Pay high level of attention to details in the design
5. Defining and determining the overall aesthetics and visual styles of the product
6. Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables, Creating detailed user interface specifications
7. Work independently on your own ideas and concepts
8. Keep a close eye on existing design and technology developments and incorporate them into your and your team's process
Qualifications:
1. Having a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and thought process
2. Knowledge of any design tools such as Figma/Zeplin or Adobe Creative Suite
3. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research methods
4. Ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and deliver high-quality products
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback constructively
6. Knowledge of mobile app design and familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines is a plus
7. A bachelor's in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
