ServiceNow is entering into new chapter of the Data & Analytics organization, and looking to build a strong Data & Analytics capability aimed core to the foundation of design and UX. We are looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our data-centric culture and someone who can elevate the face of our products to the next level.
What You Get To Do In This Role

• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions and create design artefacts for data and analytics products
• Introduce design and UX best practices in the team
• Plan and conduct user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests as required
• Design and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes
• Conduct heuristic evaluations
• Help define and refine user personas
• Present and communicate design in order to help shape long-term product strategy
• Work closely with the leadership for design thinking and brainstorming
• Collaborate with broader team for idea exchanges and consistency
• Ensure excellent quality of deliverables and high customer satisfaction
• Provide rapid response, manage and drive production quality designs
  

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design thinking and Product design
• 8+ years of experience in product design and mockups creation
• Great UX skills to create Visualizations, Mockups, Wireframes etc
• Experience of Design tools such Invision, Adobe, PowerPoint, HTML, JS etc
• Exposure for Analytics Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, D3js
• Exposure in the full lifecycle of Data, Analytics solutions
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achievement to excellence
• Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes
• Successful in working independently and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication in a customer facing environment and identify business needs
• Ability to work with senior leadership across all the Business and Functional areas
