UI UX Designer - Bangalore

Job Description :

1) Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers

2) Research and come up with new designs and improvements in line with the latest trends in UI/UX domain

3) Create long-term and short-term design plans Translate a given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

4) Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

5) Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

6) Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

7) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

8) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

9) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

10) Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Desired Profile :

1) Proven work experience of 3+ Years as a UX/UI Designer or similar role

2) Designing user interfaces for mobile (iOS, Android) and web platforms, as well as prototyping experience

3) Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Invision, Adobe XD)

4) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch.

5) Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

6) Good time-management skills

7) Knowledge of After Effects and Invision Studio is a plus
