Responsibilities

• You'll collaborate in perfect synergy with other designers and product managers on ScoreLeap's digital products and design in a fast-paced environment.
• You'll understand the user experience strategy for a product and drive the overall design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals, time to market and customer experience.
• You'll create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• You'll apply user-focused design processes to create high quality user experiences on our app.
• Implement new designs and create finished
• Participate in setting the Design Vision for the company, as well as create, implement and maintain the Design System.
• Explore new ideas for the UI and UX, be abreast with the latest in UI and UX Design.
• Create and follow naming conventions for managing files & projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging UI design, motion and technology trends
• Has previous experience in a UI and UX Designer role of at least 2 years.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Expertise in Figma, Framer, Dribble, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator. etc. Proficiency in the latest tools and software such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned with wider product and brand strategies, and always delivered on time and in-line with product roadmaps.
• A high degree of accountability - taking responsibility for design decisions which will impact products used by millions of students and teachers
• Have experience with responsive visual interface design, layouts and grid systems, visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, animation, accessibility, and A/B testing.
• Must have Great sense of layout, grids, colour, typography, iconography.
• Motion/Interaction design experience is an advantage

Location: Currently work from home. Once the COVID situation stablises needs to report to our Bangalore office.
