A good understanding of web design, but a strong knowledge of iOS or Android native application
design guidelines are prefered.
Knowledge of any of these design tools such as XD, Figma, Invision is required. Basic interaction design knowledge will come handy.
Professional background in web app or mobile app design.
Passion for problem solving, design thinking, and advocating in favour of user-needs keeping in
mind business goals. An individual with a good sense of aesthetics and visual designer who is open to extending their
expertise to different domains of the organisation, if need be.
Requirements
0 - 3 years of UX/UI experience. Relevant experience in the Ed-Tech industry would be a plus
point. An educational degree in art or design, such as a B.Des, M.Des, MA, or Fine Arts would be preferred.
However, if you're coming from self-paced learning and your knowledge & experience do the talking, we are open to working with talented individuals.
Primary work requirements would revolve around building user stories, scenarios, define
use-cases, and workflows for multiple platforms, keeping user-centred design principles and best practices in mind.
An individual who is ready to own part of our Ed-Tech product, collaborate with software
engineers, quality test engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain coherence across the product line and ensure best user-experience solutions for our target audience.
A demonstrable personal portfolio, or a portfolio over Dribbble, Behance or Uplabs.
A person who has a deep understanding of UX processes and doesn't shy away from the translation
of wireframes into high-res mockups and finally provides support to developers during implementation and release.
A person who takes suggestions, criticisms, and cross-questions as means of premature
user-testing sessions.
Ability to visualise and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly.
