We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
II. Essential Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
⦁ BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
⦁ Proven 3 to 5 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Portfolio of design projects.
⦁ Proven track record of translating requirements into wireframes & designs.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
⦁ Experience in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
⦁ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
⦁ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategies and present complex information clearly and concisely.
⦁ Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
⦁ A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
⦁ Ability to think creatively and solve problems
⦁ Experience working with sensitive data, specifically HIPAA
2. Required Skills
⦁ Exceptional time and task management skills.
⦁ Experience in designing new user-interface features
⦁ Proficient in HTML, HTML5, CSS3.
⦁ Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
⦁ Knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, React- Familiar with Responsive design and design for cross-platform & mobile devices
⦁ Knowledge of wireframe tools, Up-to date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
⦁ Good time-management skills
⦁ Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements
⦁ Genuine curiosity to experiment and measure the impact
⦁ An understanding of the initiatives that will drive the most significant business impact
⦁ Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in design and structure.
⦁ Should be able to work with the Product team to ensure designs creation.
