UI /UX Designer jobs in India at 2Base Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are currently seeking UI/ UX designer to augment our agile workflow development teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys working in development and product management, and wants to see the successful implementation of Web or Mobile Applications. The UI/ UX designer will work closely with the development and product management teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and construct a best-fit user experience and UI layout for our workflow tools.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
At least 1 year of professional experience in user experience and visual design in Web and Mobile applications.
Comprehensive understanding of UI/ UX design and industry trends for mobile technologies.
Strong skills with design tools, including Adobe CS Suite, as they relate to documenting wireframes, interaction flows and high-fidelity screen level design for development and presentation use.
Familiar with and practices the user-centered design process and user advocacy (user observations, research, usability testing).
Working knowledge with jQuery UI, jQuery Mobile, Wordpress, responsive design.
Work independently to deliver detailed designs and components to agile development teams and refine as necessary during product sprints.
Working knowledge of xhtml, HTML5 and CSS3 preferred will be an added advantage.
Need to have a portfolio of websites or native app design for both iPhone and Android applications.
Can create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
An eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail.
Not a Developer but has worked with both developers and Business team on conceptualizing/ prototyping.
Has an understanding of development steps/ processes.
