Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and the ability to translate high-level requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and prototype digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and the latest trends in UI/UX design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion usability and accessibility.

Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual assets for promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and techniques.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Experience with motion design and animation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
