UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities 

●     Closely work with Product Managers on customer focused responsive designs

●     Study design briefs and understand the requirements

●     Conceptualize UI based on requirements

●     Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders

●     Develop responsive designs using appropriate colors, fonts, layouts and aesthetics

●     Take feedback from stakeholders and amend designs based on the feedback

●     Take end-to-end responsibility of the design process

●     Manage and continually improve the product design style guide

●     Should be able to work with minimal supervision, and deliver assigned tasks on time.

●     Gather feedback from teams and follow an iterative process.

●     Maintain standards and processes for producing deliverables. 

Job Requirements

●        1.5-3 years of experience in designing UI for desktop and mobile apps

●         Deep expertise with tools – Adobe XD, Sigma, Adobe Illustrator, Figma , Inkscape , Sketch, Adobe Photoshop , After effects, premiere, etc

●        High Proficiency in responsive and interaction design

●        Knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture to create a compelling visual experience.

●        Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

●        A portfolio of design projects

●        Basic understanding of UX design, persona creation, user journey, usability testing and W3C standards

●        Knowledge in web front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript (good to have)

●        Ability to work methodically in a fast paced environment

●        Create designs and graphics for websites.

●        Visualize and design user interface for web and mobile applications.

●        Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and delight to the customer.

●        Knowledge/experience in CorelDRAW is an advantage.

●        Good to have knowledge/exposure to frontend technologies.

●        Must have good understanding of responsive and mobile design.

●        Should be able to design efficiently when deadlines are tight.

●        Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

●         Designing Web Layouts, Logos, Banners, Infographics.

●         Responsible for highly usable and intuitive interface creation

●        Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.

●        Designing E-commerce Portals

●        Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.

●        Create graphic assets like icons, buttons, widgets, landing pages for use in user interfaces.

●        Design wireframes, mock-ups, task flows for web and mobile applications.

●        Flyers, Brochures, Ebook Covers.

●        PPT Designing

●        Understanding of Mock ups , Desktop , Mobile , Logo Design , Applications Design, Corporate identity, and Character Design.
