Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conducting research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. This involves gathering data through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

User Experience Design: Creating intuitive and engaging user experiences by designing the overall flow and structure of a product or application. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to define user interactions.

User Interface Design: Designing visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with user needs, their psychographics and connect with the website objectives This involves creating mockups, visual designs, and style guides that incorporate brand guidelines and usability principles.

Interaction Design: Defining and designing interactive elements such as buttons, forms, navigation menus, and animations to enhance usability and provide a seamless user experience.

Information Architecture: Organizing and structuring content in a way that makes it easily accessible and understandable to users. This includes creating sitemaps and navigation hierarchies to ensure a logical and intuitive information flow.

Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement. This involves observing and gathering feedback from users to validate design decisions and make iterative enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Effective communication skills are crucial for presenting design concepts, justifying design decisions, and incorporating feedback.

Design Systems and Guidelines: Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines that promote consistency and efficiency across different products or platforms. This includes defining design patterns, components, and standards for UI elements and interactions.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

• Proven 1+ years of experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio.

• Basic English Communication Skills

• Basic Knowledge of PSD to HTML, CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap,etc.

• HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.

• Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standards.

• Proficiency with popular design tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign or CC

• Knowledge of Mobile App Design like material design, iOS app design etc. will be a plus point.
