Job Description: UI/UX Product Designer (B2C Experience Preferred)

CTC: 12 - 18 Lac per annum

Location: New Delhi

What are we looking for?

Lead UI/UX Product Designer who will –

• Develop Web and Mobile applications' UX & UI by understanding user requirements and use cases
• Expert user of Sketch, Abstract, Creative Suite, other tools of the trade
• Ensure a wide range of UX such as Charting, Forms, Mapping Controls, Navigation Controls, Analysis Tools that is relevant and user-friendly
•  Develop UI standard guidelines and ensure UI consistency throughout the applications
•  Deliver web and mobile UI designs that support cross-browser compatibility and UI responsiveness
• Research and apply state-of-the-art UX practices for continuous improvement and update of UX / UI and documentation through user testing and customer feedback

Job Responsibility : -

• Understand project and development plans with the ability to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. Translate specifications from technical analysts into usable user interface concepts
• Work with Mobility architect, Product Leads, User Experience Leads, and other supporting team members to take the product vision to the tech definition, implementation and successful deployment, discussing technical aspects of the mobile application architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected
•  Translate designs into high quality code, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
•  Works closely with QA team to determine testing requirements to ensure full coverage and the best quality of product, Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Operate in a hyper-collaborative way and follow these guiding principles: Value common sense and simplicity over complexity, make decisions quickly and move nimbly, celebrate diverse ideas, Succeed and fail together as a team
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
• Create personas through user research and data
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design and deliver wire-frames, user stories, user journeys and mock-ups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Conduct concept & usability testing and gather feedback
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, accessibility)
• Work on UI to make designs attractive
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• You will advocate, consult and teach customer-centered design throughout the organisation

• Minimum 4+ years experience in UI/UX development
• B2C Experience
• Deep knowledge of typography, colors and layouts
• Ability to communicate, critique and collaborate across departments
• Ability to multitask, prioritise projects and communicate across teams, and take feedback positively to turn it into intuitive design solutions
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset
• Data driven approach

Education Qualification

•  Bachelor's degree in a design-related field
