Job Responsibilities:
· Manage team of 20-25 tele callers
for outbound sales process
· To Supervise day to day operations
of the team e.g. capacity planning, log-in management, dialer and calling
strategy, TOS management, team briefings etc…
· Responsible to deliver assigned
business targets.
· To ensure that daily productivity
benchmarks for all team members on leads, calls and dialer parameters are met
· Performance review and feedback session
with tele callers on regular basis. To identify training needs and arrange
training session for them
· To ensure 100% adherence of Sales
and company compliance policy by self
and team
· Drive improvements in business
processes and share feedback/suggestion with management
· To make report to update management
on assigned business deliverables. Should have proficiency in Microsoft office
tools
Qualification:
· Post Graduate/Graduate or equivalent
educational qualification from recognized university
