Responsibilities: Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and vendor bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification Accounts Receivable will encompass the responsibility to ensure bills are received from Client's on time and there are no bad debts. 

 Reconcile monthly credit card & bank statements Monthly financial reports for management Manage, book and maintain expense detail for business independently Ad-hoc projects and reporting Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss
