Job Roles and Responsibilities:
 
· Responsible for handling IT candidate requirements from US-based clients
· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
· Sourcing from Job Portals
· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio when submitting for an interview and placement
· Responsible for the Development process, which includes understanding client requirements and mapping the relevant targets
· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Job Brief:
Designation: US Candidate Counselor
Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferred)
Experience: fresher, 1 to 2 years (preferred).
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: Negotiable
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal
