Position Purpose:
The main responsibility of the IntakeRecruiterwill be to actively source, build and maintain a network of placeable candidates for our clients. The IntakeRecruiterwill be responsible for all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates directly to internal recruitment teams. Support will be provided to:
Recruitment team
Sales team
Sales support
The IntakeRecruitermust have the ability to effectively communicate with potential temporary employees and the internal team which it supports. The position will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, open concept, numbers-driven environment. Good time management skills are key to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Accuracy, complete information and timeliness are required for all tasks. Consistent and frequent follow-up is necessary to maintain information flow. The position works very closely with the recruitment and sales support teams; therefore, it is necessary to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. They must interact with a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times in order to ensure the high standards of their client and Pro Count Staffing brands are maintained.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability :
Assist with recruitment for Intermediate to Senior level positions. This includes sourcing, pre-screening, booking interviews and referring qualified candidates to the client's Finance & Accounting ContractRecruiters(and otherRecruiterswhere applicable) for the remaining steps of the recruitment and placement process
Utilizerecruitingresources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract employment
Utilize job boards (Monster, Workopolis, Indeed) to identify talent and build an available candidate pool
Under the direction of the sales team, assist with the identification and sourcing of candidates for niche searches
Utilize LinkedIn and other social media outlets for "outside of the box" searches on an ongoing basis
Utilize Bullhorn to maintain contact and relationships with candidates on an ongoing basis in an attempt to keep kiosk current and active
Evaluate all resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process
Update and maintain candidate information in Bullhorn on a timely and consistent basis to ensure kiosks are kept current and active
Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent
Ensure metrics are achieved
Qualifications :
Quality candidates must demonstrate a willingness to complete repetitive tasks in a high volume, time-sensitive environment and manage competing priorities. You are a confident, results-oriented, self-motivated, smart, tenacious, honest, competitive team player with a track record of high performance accompanied by:
A minimum of a graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Have prior experience and exposure to accounting and/or recruiting
Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills to meet daily and weekly metrics
Working hrs- Shifts will start from 1930 - 0430 hrs IST, this will change post the daylight savings come into effect
Location of work -Gurgaon
