  • Pritna INC are currently seeking a Bench Sales Recruiters for both Freshers and Experienced for our Hyderabad office.
  • Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
  • Suggesting innovative ways to market and place candidates
  • Experience working with H1B, OPT, US citizens, GC candidates preferred.
  • Preparing weekly / Monthly reports of Performance done by himself
  • Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred.
  • Must be proactive, dynamic & result oriented
  • Good Incentive Structure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Searching Requirements from US Job boards (Dice, Tech fetch, Monster, indeed) and Prime Vendors, Messengers.
  • Interaction with Vendors and getting job requirements from them.
  • Making deals with the vendors who can schedule an interview.
  • Submission of the eligible resumes to the Vendors.
  • Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients
  • Negotiating the rate with vendors.
  • Handled the tasks of submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline.
  • Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on C2C basis.
  • Giving closures to the organization with a good rate and placing the consultant mostly in long term projects.
  • Keeping in touch with the consultants and make sure they join the client’s site.
