Job Description

    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting for Information Technology positions
    • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process.
    • Experience with recruiting from job boards and recruiting tools like ATS.
    • Ability to understand company's value proposition as required to differentiate company when recruiting candidates.
    • Must be able to effectively negotiate compensation and contractual terms with candidates and Vendors.
    • Knowledge of technology & project roles.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Passion to succeed in staffing industry
    • Excellent communication verbal and written skills.
    • Should be willing to work during the night shift.
    • Should have good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, 1099 and C2C etc.)
