Responsibilities

•  Reaching out to new customers in the US and explaining to them the benefits of Dash Technologies Services
  
• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in US IT Recruitment Company.
  
•  Need to do send follow up emails as per the instructions of reporting managers. (Mandatory).
  
•  Generating new leads with the right target audiences (Mandatory).
  
•    Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
  
• Understanding and managing personal performance on the daily basis
  
• Sourcing New opportunities through Cold calls in US and Emails and follow up on warm leads (Mandatory). 
  

•  Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
  
• Must have good Spoken & written communication skills in English
  
• Able to demonstrate time management.
  
• Able to complete individual goals.
  
• Should demonstrate Professional demeanor and must have the desire for a long-term career in sales.
  
• Comfortable working in night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) IST
