Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

About the Role:

• End to end recruitment

• Sourcing Resumes from Job Portal

• Screening resumes

• Performing phone interviews with candidates

• Sharing the shortlisted profiles to the client

• Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable candidates. (Resources)

• Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for the perfect candidate.

• Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc.

• Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process. Required Skills: Knowledge & Experience:

• Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.

• Familiarity with the US recruitment market and policies is a definite plus.

• Draw upon a healthy & professional relationship with clients to create responsive recruitment solutions.

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Deadline and goal-oriented person Qualification & Certification:

• Certification in any relevant project exposures.

• Participating in any appropriate training program is a plus.
