The opportune candidate will be required to work from home and will have sufficient authority to drive his initiatives to ensure business goals are met.
· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US using a variety of innovative methods to find the most appropriate candidate.
· Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
· Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ Onsite team through constant engagement with all the relevant parties involved.
· Maintain and track all relevant matrices throughout the recruitment lifecycle (Contact ratio, Conversion ratio, Dropout ratio)
Desired Experience & Skills:
· Excellent communication skills with a good understanding of both Domain-based and Technology based recruiting in the IT sector.
· Ability to market the profiles on the bench depending upon the need.
· Good understanding of US Staffing, HR and contracting process pay rates etc
· Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
· Great work ethic and committed to the organization on a long-term basis.
· Experience working on direct clients /MSP / VMS.
· Exposure to Recruitment Application System.
· Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment
· Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: INR 20,000/ P.M. + Incentives (attractive Salary Package for the right candidate).
