• Handling different kind of job portals.
  
• Sourcing CV/Resume of candidates from various job portals.
  
• Researching on the candidate’s background & understanding the position requirements before pitching to the candidate.
  
• Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations & identifying the right candidates according to their skills and interests.
  
• Screening and understanding their potential to cope up in regards to the job capabilities.
  
• Offer proper guidance to enhance their carrier through our global professional courses.
  
• Proper follow-up with the interested candidates.
  
• Coordinating with training department and management.
  
• After completion of courses transfer them to the placement department.
