Job Description:

• Regularly interacting with Team Leader / Manager to understand the requirement.
• Work on international recruitment project.
• Required to handle end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing
• Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
• Handle different kind of job portals, social media & linked in
• Sourcing, Screening & scrutinizing the candidate’s resumes.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
• Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
• Research on the Client's background & understanding position requirements
• Interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations etc & ensuring the right match.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
• Must be good team player and should be capable to work under target.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
