Involved in end to end recruitment life cycle.• Detailed analysis of the Job Description - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.• Capability and history of sourcing IT candidates via cold calling and social media recruiting.• Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.• Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.• Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on- boarding.• Maintaining own database of resumes and C2C companies and contacts.
