Position Details: US IT Recruiter

  • Location: Bangalore India
  • Work timings: 7.00 pm to 4.00 am IST
  • The Recruiter provides a consultative recruitment approach; drives consistent communication with hiring teams, provides market analysis, executes creative sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and other talent related activities.
  • The Recruiter manages the full-lifecycle recruitment process and strategies for entry & junior level positions within organization, partnering closely with both internal clients and the external candidate population.

  • Partner with clients to identify and qualify top applicants throughout the employment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring official to define recruitment criteria.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Participates in weekly strategy meetings with hiring managers, providing a consultative approach on talent.
  • Work on special recruitment projects as a result of volume hiring or internal team creation/movements
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on hiring techniques and legal issues regarding hiring practices.
  • Develops and maintains a network and pipeline of talent.
  • Determine which applicants are most qualified for specific positions and refers applicants for interviews.
  • Gather job related information from applicants and conducts interviews.
  • Ensure appropriate background screening is administered.
  • Partner with clients to determine appropriate starting salaries for final job candidates.
  • Recruiter level will participate in process improvement efforts by developing long range recruiting strategies, attending recruiting events, developing recruiting materials, and maintaining recruitment contacts to increase the pool of qualified applicants for specific positions.
  • Sr. Recruiter level candidates must have three years of employment experience preferably within a staffing/recruiting agency or HR function. Proven track record of strategic customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and both oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to follow process, comply with regulations
  • High energy, and has relationship building skills with ability to take initiative, prioritize, influence, negotiate and partner cross functionally
  • Must have prior experience with Fulltime roles and hands on experience dealing with American Citizens, Green Cards, H1 and etc.
  • Well versed will tax terms and US market.
