•  0 to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. 
• Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.
• Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets
• Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals.
• Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work. 
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team
• Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
