• Hiring for HR Recruiters for International process(US)
• Job Location: Bangalore (RT Nagar)
• Shift: US Shift (Timings  06 Pm to 04 Am )(Will provide one way Cab Facility)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Experience: 1 to 3 Years relevant experience 
• Required Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduates
• CTC : Based on industry standard

JD : 

• interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

• screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• organizing interviews and selection events
• making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• Comfortable to work in night shift and must be able to commute by themselves.
• helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Building relationships with clients.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned

requisitions.

• Sourcing from Job Portals
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc
• leading to joining post placement.
