Vision Isoftech a leading US IT Staffing and Outsourcing firm is looking to hire an US  IT Recruiter and Sr. Sales Executives with the following skill sets.

• US IT Recruitment experience 2-4 years in a fast paced staffing environment with a proven       track record
  
• Good experience working on Direct Client and Prime Vendor requirements
  
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms such as W2 and 1099
  
• Experience working on C2C / Full time / contract to hire positions
  
• Hands-on experience with Internet and Job Board (Monster, Dice,
  
•   Corp2corp) sourcing methods preferred
  
• Should have experience in sourcing resumes from third party websites, Forums, IT Groups
  
• Experience with recruiting a diverse background of IT Professionals
  
• Strong skills in candidates relationship building and excellent communication skills required
  
• Should be able to multi-task and possess a good attitude
  
• Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in any stream.
  
• Work Hours: Night Shift (US Eastern Standard Time)
