Roles & Responsibilities:
· Studying & Understanding the job requirements received from the clients
· Sourcing profiles of candidates from various job portals based on the job description that is provided.
· Screening those applications in order to identify qualified candidates.
· Conducting a telephonic interview in order to analyses the candidates.
· Scheduling them for an interview based on their quality and interest.
· Following them up during the interview process and also until they join the company if they get selected.
· Works well in a group but can still work independently within established deadlines
· Is able to handle stress and knows the importance of being structured to be able to handle a lot of things at the same time
· Is flexible and committed to his/her work
Skills and Qualification
· Must be a graduate in any stream
· Excellent communication in English
