Job Description

Position: US IT Recruiter

No of Position: 5

Experience Level: 2-7 Years

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s / Any Master’s Degree

Location: Chennai

Country: India

Primary Skills:

Hands on experience with End-End IT Recruitment
Good understanding of US geography and IT market
Good understanding of IT Concepts and technologies
Should have solid experience in using various job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc..
Strong knowledge on the Various Visa types in the USA
Adept in various Tax Terms in the USA (W2, 1099, C2C)
Strong experience in Sourcing, Screening and Appropriate follow ups with the candidates and ability to maintain good hold with them
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to create / Maintain a pool of potential talents
Ability to maintain a Database/ Tracker with the potential candidates
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work in Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST – 3.30AM IST)
