Responsibilities and Duties

• As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to fulfil current and forecasted requirements. 
• Need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the IT Industry specifically in various IT technologies.

Responsibilities: 

• Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner. 
• Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates for contract and contract to hire opportunities.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 1 - 8 Years of Experience
• Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies. 
• Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop) 
• Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. 
• Experience working on Direct/VMS requirement. 
• Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates. 
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Like Job Diva, Vultus 
• Good communication skills 
• Willing to work in night shift 

• Recurring Incentive (50 Cents - 75 Cents per hour on placements)
