Job Description

Requirements:

Willing to work as per US timings (EST)/Night Shift.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
Source and attract candidates by using databases & job portal.
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
