• Minimum 1-5 years experience in IT recruiting for US process
• Source, Screen and submit potential candidates to the Delivery managers
• Understand the job description along with client business
• Source profiles from various job portals and social network sources.
• Assess personality traits for role fits.
• Achieve monthly target on position closure and revenues

Candidate Requirement:

• Strong ability for details to understand the role and job description.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Critical in Learning, New skills, Technology and Process.
• Good negotiating skills coupled with the ability to close offers with candidates.
• Knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.
• Should able to work in Night Shift.
