Job Description

Description:

  • End-to-end hiring & complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for US based clients.
  • Would be dealing with Sourcing candidates, Strategizing, Evaluation of candidates, discussing compensation with candidates etc.
  • Responsible for primary Screening, Coordination, offer generation, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Preparing hiring plan, understanding the Job Specification and Job Description.
  • Maintaining Database of Applications
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Skills:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in US IT Staffing
  • Nice to have experience with direct clients
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skill.
  • Keen to develop extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening.
  • Command over various search tools & techniques.
  • Knowledge of Tax Terms, Visa’s and various time zones
