Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Fully execute the recruiting lifecycle as outlined below:
· Required to go through our internal recruiting training process
· Take initiative to learn recruiting tools and job boards after training is completed
· Establish initial contact with prospective candidates and conduct preliminary qualifying process via telephone .
· Analyze client requirements against candidate qualifications and submit candidates to Account Executives for quality review .
· Coordinate and set up interviews for candidates to interview with the clients.
Excellent Communication in English.
Understanding of MS Word , MS Excel , Outlook , Gmail .
The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
