Job Description:

We are Hiring Tech nical Sr IT Recruiters with around 4 to 8 Years of experience for US IT Staffing.
Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Good experience in working with Prim Vendors.
Should have good experience with Boolean Search.
Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
Screening the candidates and recruiting them as per the requirement of our company standards.
Develop action plans/recruiting strategie s to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - job boards (dice, monster, other),social networks (LinkedIn) etc.
Must to deal with different types of IT requirements related to different IT skills or technologies such as: Java, .Net, Oracle etc.
Successfully match and qualify candidates based on their strengths vs. client requirements.
Conduct phone screens/interviews, negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates on authorization to submit resume to clients, extend offer of employment and document activities in the appropriate database
Having Good Knowledge in W2, 1099, Corp to Corp (C2C) hiring and H1-B.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Research on new technologies
Good verbal / written communication skills
