Job Description:

Responsibilities
> Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
>Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
>Coordinate with the internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor requirements.
> Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
> Work on strategic global hiring programs.
>Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

>Time Management
>Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
>maintaining good relationships with clients and vendors
> Able to work in a Fast-Paced environment
