Job Description

  • We are looking for an Experienced Us It Bench Sales Recruiter_1.0 Yr to 3 Yrs_Hyderabad Job Description.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Technical recruiting in a consulting or recruiting agency. *Manage and train Junior staff . 
  • Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written. 
  • Marketing Bench consultants and help them to get the project.
  • Making cold calls to Vendors/Clients. 
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing and hiring experienced Professionals per clients requirements. 
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive recruiting goals in a fast pace environment. 
  • Understanding of Marketing and Recruitment Life Cycle. 
  • Good Knowledge on Visas, U.S. Geographical locations and time zones. 
  • Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster combined along with existing candidate relationships, referrals along with Sourcing Skills from Social Media Services. 
  • Must be comfortable for US EST business hours. (6:30 - 3:30) .
  • Flexibility to work for extended hours as required. 
  • Team player and ability to work without direction, ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
  • Be responsible and accountable for the assigned work Note: Best Salary in the Market+Incentives( One Time and Recurring)
