Job Summary:

·         Minimum 1-5 years of experience working with OPT.

·         Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.

·         Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.

·         Good skills in finding the right candidates through job portals, Social networking sites, referrals & Universities.

·         Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.

·         Experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, headhunting etc.

·         Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.

·        the consulting needs of a major client account.

·         Should poses good knowledge of various technologies in the market.

·         IT Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills.
