We are looking to add talented and seasoned Recruiters who have prior US recruitment experience to work as a Recruiting Specialist.
Work hours: 7.30PM IST to 4.30 AM IST
- Required Skills At least 1+ years of experience as US Recruiting
- Positive attitude, strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT and non-IT professionals in the US.
- Responsible for sourcing talented candidates
- Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
- Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
- Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
- Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.
