We are looking to add talented and seasoned Recruiters who have prior US recruitment experience to work as a Recruiting Specialist.
Work hours: 7.30PM IST to 4.30 AM IST

• Required Skills At least 1+ years of experience as US Recruiting
• Positive attitude, strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT and non-IT professionals in the US.
• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates
• Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
• Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
• Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.

• Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
