Ø Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM /6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Night Shift )

Job description
Ø Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle
Ø Should have working experience with direct clients or with Implementation partners.
Ø Work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements.
Ø Very good experience in working on multiple requirements across the technologies.
Ø Good understanding of US Tax terms like H1B, C2C, and W2. Exp. working for direct client and VMS model. Exp. working with Citizens and green card holders.
Ø Experience in Portal Sourcing using major Job Portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Linkedin, Monster etc..
Ø Thorough understanding of various IT/Non-IT terminologies
Ø Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT & Non IT requirements
Ø Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven and quick learner
Ø Strong Team Player
Ø Strong analytical sense and organization skills
Ø Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills
