POSITION SUMMARY:

• This position not only plays a vital role in day-to-day business of the organization but also leads the branding of IMCS Group. 
• The primary job is this position is to source prospective profiles from special platforms, engaging with candidates and explaining about exciting offers and benefits for on-boarding with IMCS Group of companies.

• Any graduate or under-graduate who is good with:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate should be flexible working in night shift.
• The candidate should be tech savvy to handle web search and internet based search.
• The candidate should be able to make 45-50 calls every day.
• The candidate should have a strong determination and having a zeal to work in high- paced, changing environment.
• The candidate should be able to achieve monthly target as per the company standards.
• The candidate should be able to sell the concept of the company to the candidate.
