We have a job opportunity with our company for a US IT-Recruiter
Looking for 6 months -5 yrs of exp into IT Recruitment
Skills Required
Manage and source profiles through job portals and Social Network.
Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
Lining Up candidates for various vacancies.
Follow-up with candidates and client END to END coordination.
Scheduling the interviews with Line Managers Maintaining the recruitment MIS, Report and Etc.
Required Skills :
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months -5 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Should have excellent Sourcing skills, Head Hunting, Networking, Social Media recruitment etc.
Well versed in US tax or contracting Terms
Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving & client interaction skills.
Willing to work in night shifts only. (US Time)
