Role: US IT Recruiter
Work Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Required Skills:
· Minimum 4+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience within an international corporate dynamic and search firm environments.
· Must have experience with prime vendors/ Implementation partners
· Technical recruiting experience is a MUST
· Ability to source tech talents, with prior experience, to hire talents for senior roles
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches,
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong experience and understanding of EAD/H1B/USC/GC Hiring.
· Good Knowledge on H1B Transfers.
· Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
· Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
· Strong experience in the US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
· Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.
· Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.
· Must be results oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.
