Job Description

Experience in US Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business across the USA
1-4 years’ experiences in END to END life cycle of US IT Recruitment.
Very strong experience in Tax Terms like - 1099/w2/C2C and Visas like - OPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC
Worked on Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire, Right to Hire and Remote positions.
Sourcing/data mining from various Job Portals Viz. Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, LinkedIn, The Ladders
Responsible for handling requirements from US-based Direct / Indirect clients. Identifying the right candidates residing in US or candidates holding valid US work permit, by Searching job-sites, internal database, and referrals
